Terms of Service
The short version
- You own your code and content. You give us permission to host and run it so FuncHole works.
- Don’t use FuncHole for illegal content, attacks, abuse, crypto mining or reselling access.
- What your coding agent does with your API key is on you, so keep keys private.
- FuncHole is early access and under active development. It comes without guarantees, and we limit our liability.
1. About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Stoopid Computers (“we”, “us”) for FuncHole Cloud at funchole.dev and app.funchole.dev (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them. If you use it for an organization, you confirm you can bind that organization.
If you self-host FuncHole, your use of the software is governed by its license (FSL-1.1-Apache-2.0), not these terms.
2. Your account
You must be at least 16 and give accurate details. You are responsible for your account, your API keys and everything done with them, including actions taken by coding agents or other tools you connect. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you think your account or a key has been compromised.
3. Your content
You keep all rights in the code, data, settings and other content you put into the Service (“Your Content”). You give us a limited license to host, store, copy, run and display it only as needed to provide the Service to you. You promise you have the rights to Your Content and that it follows the law and these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- host or send illegal content, malware, phishing, spam or harassment, or infringe anyone’s rights;
- mine cryptocurrency, or overload shared infrastructure or get around quotas and limits;
- attack, scan, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to systems or networks, including using FuncHole as a platform for denial-of-service or other attacks;
- resell, rent or share access to your account, API keys or quotas without our written permission; or
- interfere with, reverse engineer or probe the Service in ways that harm it or other users.
We may remove content, suspend or limit access, or close accounts that break these rules or put the Service or others at risk.
5. Plans, limits and changes
The Service is in early access. It is currently free, with limits on things like the number of gateways, functions, flows and domains. We may change features, limits and pricing. If we introduce paid plans or reduce limits in a way that affects you, we will give you reasonable notice first.
6. Availability and early-access status
FuncHole is under active development. We work to keep it running but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service, and there is no uptime commitment. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of Your Content.
7. Third-party services
The Service works with third-party tools such as Google sign-in and coding agents. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for them.
8. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if we stop offering the Service. We will give notice where we reasonably can. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as ownership, disclaimers, liability and governing law) will survive.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your needs or that code created by coding agents is correct or secure.
10. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Indemnity
You will defend and compensate us against claims and costs arising from Your Content, your solutions, your use of the Service in breach of these terms, or your violation of the law or anyone’s rights.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer in a place where mandatory local law gives you other rights, those rights are not affected.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
